The Local Plan for Buckinghamshire. This is currently in production with a target issue date of April 2025

Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan (VALP) 2013-2033. This the current local plan. It will be replaced by the Local Plan for Buckinghamshire

Chearsley 2014 is a local village plan produced by the residents of Chearsley. It is not a Neighbourhood Plan.

The Village Appraisal Summary Report was prepared in 1986.

Conservation Area

This is the original Conservation Area document prepared by the then AVDC in 1976.
